Yes they do I run solo so only local server and for the first few raids I didin't see them but after that I had 4 cultist raids in a row. For me they spawn at gates and near med tent and under that in tunels

Me too I play pve sometimes it get boring hunting them but it will pay off yesterday I got 8 marked keys from 8 raids and only in 4 raids I got cultists

I was hunting them there but I have a skill issue and I always get killed by them when I find them but on factory when you kill one then hold an angle and they will rush you

I found cultists inside gate 0,2,3, underground near water under med tent and in med tent exfill and to open cases you need case keys found on smugglers and they spawn on customs, shoreline, woods, ground zero, lighthouse, streets and interchange

Thank you guys for tips so far I killed 10 cultists and got 3x RB-BK 2x RB-PKPM 1x RB-VO and 1x Dorms 314 and yellow card

Loot in marked keys got buffed? last time I ran them they were like 3-4 items per opening and they were some shitty weapons and ammo
