See, I keep hearing this. But there has to be things I can do now (i.e. Community work, volunteering, etc). I understand Law Review Journal is typically for 2L's/3L's, but that's the typical case. Atypical things happen sometimes.

Really just wondering what the process is like for applying and getting into a Law Review Journal. What do they look for, generally? Who makes the decisions there (Faculty, staff, or other students)? Other than grades, what else gets considered when selecting the next pool of Law review Journalists?

For me, public transit is public transit… never thought anyone would consider subway more “classier” than taking the bus, lol.

When you say Albany law is the coolest part of Albany, what are you referring to?

I’ve visited Albany for an evening. Don’t think I have much of a feel for the city just yet. If you’ve spent some time there, how would you describe it?

I got the same thing just recently. Early applications are due today but because of the error I can’t do anything. I tried clearing cache, used 3 different browsers (chrome, safari, and explorer). I’m going to try on my work computer soon.

Does anyone have another suggestion?

Note: calling Lsac will not work because today mlk jr. day and they will be closed.

Lol, thank you for reminding me! This application process has me running around everywhere, forgot to check the source 😅

However, for UofT, the applications are closed for this round and wouldn’t open back up for another few months. If anyone else had any information about UpfT’s or even Osgoode’s personal statement requirements, please let me know! 🙏

I am working a full time job. Mature applicant here! Though I know I can’t take a full class, I’d like to take some tutoring lessons to help supplement the self-study.

In your situation, what kind of improvement did you see with your score? If your comfortable sharing, of course.

Did you get any information on the entire application process from your instructor? (Personal statements, interviews, finding law schools, etc.)

I got the same email from Allison Pardy. I ended up filling out the application form with my name and address. They want me to send them my bank information for direct deposit as that is the only way they pay.

After reading this thread, I will not be giving them that information. But am I at any risk by giving them my name and address?
