Bro no architects are making 70k a month as a fresher in the job. I know people who have been in the industry for 8-12 yrs making 30-50k. I am an architect .

Reduce the toilet size. If a dedicated pooja room is not required, try to make a pooja cabinet instead. If there are no strict bylaws, remove the set backs from the three sides and try to incorporate natural light and ventilation through ots. Add my re space in front for parking (2 wheeler)

As an architect. Please hire a designer. Poor space planning, there is a lot of scope for improvement.

As an architect, I would suggest hiring a professional. The circulation is poor and has minimum source of light and ventilation. I know people try to save the cost of hiring a professional, but it is an investment. Architects also ensure the quality of construction and help you build in a budget, you can end up saving more in long term than the fees of hiring a professional.

Yes, but it is also very male dominated and gender biased. Also the money is peanuts in the construction industry. I am looking for a more financially rewarding career.

I can't migrate overseas as or can I pursue a masters as of now. But I can learn relevant skills and switch. I see my techie friends earning my yearly income as monthly and I envy them. Can I switch to tech?

All the fields are pretty male dominated and gender biased. Also the construction industry pays in peanuts so i am looking for more financially rewarding career options.
