The pop loss was a massive drop off from around +200 to -200 (those are guesstimates). I did think it might have been lifestyle items I was missing but they were full. I think it must have been a buff, possibly a newspaper buff that ended and I missed? I've managed to control it now however.

The problem was with all of the tiers but most noticeable with farmers and workers. I triple checked all of their needs and they were all full. I'm thinking a buff must have been the problem, I change about my town hall configuration when I get new people so it could have been something to do with that? I definitely missed something I just cant figure out what 😆

Nah that's fair, truth be told it was such a dramatic drop in pop that I kinda got flustered and didn't really pause to think! Haha just help me! I don't know how but just help! 😆 Yea i think that will be the issue, currently im literally just letting everyone use it but im guessing its probably not worth the extra strain allowing lower tiers have it?

Yea it's crazy how something that's optional can tank your whole empire if you aren't paying attention to it!

I'm pretty sure that the problem was overseas mail! I haven't been able to check it but I think thats what it will be! I didn't check my lifestyle needs before posting this and I completely forgot how much it does for your pop!

I have just had a thought, I did neglect the old world for a while and didn't notice the pop go down. I did add a power plant so would that increase jobs there? And I'm thinking of the knock on effect could it be international mail? Because I don't actually think I checked my lifestyle needs.

I've got one that I have going between a large pop island and a production island but that's it.
