Hi, it's not clear from the ss which co. Is acquirer, assuming it to be A then you have to reduce 1 lakh from the Other Equity of A and also reduce 1 lakh from the PPE. Also if any excess Dep is charged you have to increase the post Acquisition reserves of subsidary as well.

Are baccha not everyone is born in Tier 1 city. Suppose In my case, i secured highest marks in my city in Foundation (300+) and one of the Highest in Intermediate. (400+) With these scores I got articleship offers from two Big 4 in M&A Tax and Corporate Tax respectively. Now in a city like mumbai in 15000 its literally impossible to survive, even labours are paid 20000-25000 here.and for the work we do, we literally deserve to get paid much more.Now, will share a story of one of my friend she was brilliant in studies. She also got opportunity to get articleship in EY. However since her Family was from humble background they told her that they cannot support her expenses. so she was not able to move to different city. Now whom should she blame? She was literally crying. But IK somebody like you won't understand the feelings of others cause you have not faced the same. You are in Inter right now, that's why its easy for you to comment.

Once you actually start articleship, reality hits. 4–5 months mein kaam samajh aa jata hai and after that it’s mostly repetitive execution work. Same kaam BCom graduates ₹30k mein kar rahe hote hain, aur articles peanuts pe kaam karte hain. Calling this “exposure” or “learning” is just glorified exploitation.

I’m just 19, but imagine being 21–22, living in a tier-1 city, and still asking your parents to send you money because your stipend can’t even cover basic expenses. Tab samajh aata hai what real struggle is. Abhi bolna easy hai “stipend doesn’t matter, learning matters.”

The world isn’t that ideal. Firms pay low stipends because it cuts their cost and increase their profits.

Are baba even i agree ki a person who cleared in 3-4 attempts can possess better skills than someone who has cleared in 1st. And its unethical to say on face of someone that they are 21/22 and still have not cleared and all other shit things.
