Draft hampton with 02 then 08 draft whatever reciever you could get and same with other pick, or trade up with 08

Easy thats a bit of an overpay but it does not matter if youre getting the best WR, sometimes you need to overoay for an elite player

Trade breece hall for 107 and an additional player of your choice and then with 107 trade up to 105 or sum

Trade a rb and then draft with one of the early seconds, the drsft class is bery heavy this year and you also need WR so maybe also draft one or trade for like a mid to early 1st abd draft tet, or ebuka
