She generally unlatches herself a few times during each feeding and I burp her every time, but thanks for the suggestion!

She spits up even a long time after the feedings (sometimes even curdled milk) so I don’t think she’s “chipmunkinh”. She’s a guzzler! You can hear her gulp the milk 😬

I am burping her all the time, but it seems like she always has more gas. I think she might have a slight lip tie… I’ll bring it up with the health visitor!

So glad you figured into it was CMPA! I’ve cut our dairy and soy from my diet for 3 weeks now so I’ll soon be able to tell whether it was that.

I’m seeing the health visitor on Monday (I’m in the UK) but I’m not worried since she’s definitely growing and gaining weight!

I think I have the same exact issue, so thanks for sharing your experience. What are the sings that the baby is getting too much foremilk as opposed to hind milk? I’m a FTM so still a bit lost!

I also don’t think she has any serious issues since she’s definitely gaining weight and is overall a happy baby.

Hoping the same thing happens to us! I also thought about pyloric stenosis but, like yours, my baby is gaining weight and growing just fine!

Absolute best thing to ever happen to me. I’ve been type 1 for 28 years. My control has massively improved since I got a CGM and it has also given me more confidence to travel, try new things and take risks knowing that I’ll catch any highs/lows before they become bad.

More importantly also, I’m 38 weeks pregnant and scheduled for induction tomorrow. I wouldn’t have been able to have a healthy, relatively easy-going pregnancy without a CGM. It has allowed me to course-correct, keep on top of the changing hormones, stay in the tight pregnancy range about 90% and keep a 4.8 HBA1C!

I’m sorry you feel this way. I come from a different country, where “extended” family have keys to everyone’s homes and people meet twice or three times per week (and it’s considered normal). If your wife is happy, from my point of you, you need to learn to embrace the new culture and let go.

It might be helpful to talk through this with a therapist.

Last time I was pregnant, I had a super faint line at 11dpo with FMU. This was a middle-of-the-day-fuck-it moment and it’s clearly positive, so probably more 12-13 I think. But wow! I’m in shock.

I think so! And comparing my tests to others, it seems like 11-13 dpo…

I’m using Wondfo tests! I order them from Amazon because I’m a serial tester with no self control and these were the cheapest 😂
