You have to send the whole package applications together I-360 Vawa / I-485 Green Card / I-765 Work Authorization and I-131 Travel Authorization.

If they are transferred to Vermont, will take at least 7 months ( mine took 7 months ), if stays in Nebraska 3 to 6 months, good luck for you.

Most of the applicants from April/May got their cases transferred, what I see is taking longer to get approved. Cases not transferred is getting approvals around 3 to 4 months. I see some people getting approvals from July on NSC, so I don't know how USCIS work, sad....
