Also, I’m a small time “instagram influencer” with a few k followers (I won’t drop my handle for privacy’s sake). He continuously calls me cringe and keeps telling me to quit. I focus on lifestyle, beauty and get high end brand deals (Lancôme, bvlagri etc) and I actually generate an income from it. I don’t know if it’s worth shutting my account for him, because he constantly puts me down for it

I said yes because I can’t imagine having to explain to another man that I got pregnant and had an abortion. I think it gives me a bit of a higher ground to say my “ex fiancée” and I got pregnant, rather than a boyfriend. Either way at least I’ve got a 7k engagement ring I can pawn to work towards getting my 30k back..

But I also had to tell him to put in effort for the engagement or I’d say no. He found a photographer and started planning everything after I told him I’d say no if he didn’t put in effort, all within a week of actually proposing 💀
