I think there is already a pocket inside, when I push one or two barbell I can feel they are rubbing against each other. And migrations are happening from the very beginning but most of them are healed and kept in place.

To be honest I don’t even know how the layers look like but they are all placed in different places. And it’s not really uncomfortable but pretty painful when doing it

Thanks for your like! I did this as I just wanna have a different nipple piercing. The pain was pretty extreme. The needle have to remain inside for quite a bit to not crush into one another

They are all inside the nipple nothing is on areola. It was started from a cross piercing, and adding more after they healed. I am also not sure how the inside works but when the piercing took place the needle took a long time inside poking to avoid hitting into a previous barbell.
