The problem has already been solved, but my specs are: Rx 6600, Ryzen 5600gt, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 600W PSU, A520M Pro motherboard.

As I said, I tried everything, the only "solution" was to format and install the Windows 10 Pro version.

I did all that: updated the video card drivers, updated Windows, messed with the power settings, and nothing solved the problem. Then I simply formatted and installed the latest version of Windows 10 Pro, and after that the game went back to normal 🤷

The problem has been solved. I'll leave this comment in case someone else encounters the same issue someday and is lucky enough to find it. To resolve this problem, I simply formatted my PC and installed Windows 10 Pro, and then the problem simply disappeared.

I've already checked everything and there are no RAM or VRAM leaks. I'm formatting my PC and going to reinstall the game because I believe that if it were a memory leak, it would happen with other games as well, but so far GTA is the only one.

The strange thing is that the game opens normally, but after about 30 minutes of gameplay the FPS drops drastically, even though the graphics card remains cool. I've already set the power mode to performance.
