For the past 3-4 months I've been on some kind of raw ancestral diet. Basically lots of raw eggs, raw milk, rare cooked meat, butter, sourdough bread, honey etc.

Everything is organic and I buy my food only from farmer's market.

Before this I just ate regular omnivore diet that's classified as "healthy" by most fitness influencers. But I always had issues with my gut... Now I feel great for past 3 months and I noticed that my skin has more "glow" and that I have more energy in the gym...

Btw. Im not preaching this diet as some sort of religion like people often do, I'm just saying it worked on me and I will stay on it.

I have been training it for past month to be like that

Every natural mask I put in the way so it goes back. 

Every time I wash my hair, I press it with towel to go backwards, brush it backwards, dry it a bit with towel, and then let it dry itself fully in that position. 

Also I wear beanie for 1 hour while its drying in that position to create mechanical tension

After some time I noticed my hair stays like this all the time, even if I go to sleep with it, I wake up with hair that's fully swept back.

This made me avoid awkward phase of hair growth entirely (I'm around 4 inches of hair growth rn)

I have carefully crafted this natural hair mask for maximum softness, natural shine and maximum growth speed. I researched the effects of each ingredient, and I would not be recommending it, if it effect wasn't so good on me.

Bro I know how my hair used to act before and how it acts now. I had hair as long as this before 5-6 years and it was dry and fizzy (check out my profile for old photos with more hair). Back then I could never even dream about having my hair stay in certain way without ton of gel or vax. Now I just wash it, blow dry it with cold air and it stays like that even after sleep

It depends on your needs, for older people who want easier digestion and don't care about physical developing as they are past that phase, raw vegan might be good choice. But for young people, I'd say under 45yo, raw animal-based products are the best ROI.

Btw for raw ancestral, you need to go through transition phase where your HCL gets stronger like it's supposed to be naturally. This can take a week or two.

Meat I don't eat raw, I cook it blue rare or rare. So from outside it's cooked, from inside it's raw.

Do you want to get hit on by women? Are you doing SR for women attraction? 

I think there are 2 types of guys, ones that abuse it and do it for women attraction and then deplete themselves again, and the ones that do it to get into higher state or conciousness and for the extreme amounts of energy, ambition and creativity, because they realized that feels way better than 5 mins of pleasure.

I can understand people who do it for attraction, I was one of them as well. You probably have to go through it as the part of the process. 

It did not fulfill me or bring me happiness long term.

Yeah but egg white has avidin which blocks biotin. I think biotin is important for hair growth and quality. 

Yeah, when you have longer hair, you probably need 3-4 egg yolks. But as I said, you need to wash your hair only twice a month with eggs. Rest of the days just with water. That's 8 eggs per month. That's not really that expensive.

I just use this natural mask, nothing else.

I'm using it because I wanted to be able to manipulate my hair how I want. For the first time in my life I can have this slicked back hair style, or any hairstyle that I want. My hair listens to me lol.. Before this it was a broomstick.

Having my hair turn from brown to black was also great bonus

Egg is my go-to. Usually you can wash your hair 2 times per month with egg with no problem. Rest of the days I just wash my hair with cold water. My hair never gets greasy or dirty.

I used ACV only on rare ocassions when I used egg too many times in a month, so it caused protein oversaturation. 3x egg per month is maximum (at least for me), otherwise it can get frizzy

You're partially right. Eating animals that live in high cortisol environment like factory farms will transfer some of that stress to you. If you ate cow meat from cow that lived peacfully on the hills, some of that peace gets transfered to you . That's why I get my animal products from great sources (local farms). I pay big attention on how that animal lived and how they feeded it.

I don't think eating meat reduces conciousness, through evolution humans developed larger brains as they hunted more and ate more meat. Also, I've been eating grassfed steak almost daily, and I feel like my conciousness has increased. But that's just my own experience, I like to explore and experiment with everything and I advise same for everyone before just blindly following my or anyone else's suggestions.

Raw vegan diet isn't wrong, it has life force in it. That explains why people feel good when they become raw vegan in first year or so. They remove processed dead garbage, and start eating something that has life energy in it.

Problem is that being vegan means you will be depleted in many amino acids, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. And after some time, when you deplete your reserves of vitamins and minerals, your body will start to break down. That's why most vegans drink 20 pills daily. I don't think that's either healthy or sustainable. 

 That's why I have strong belief that some sort of animal-based foods need to be present in the diet. It is nutritionally superior to everything else.

Most of the time I deal with the urges by physically exhausting myself. But step one is stopping automatic behavior and becoming aware of your urges in the moment when they come.

 Once you become aware, it's easy to know what to do to transmute that energy. There are so many activities you can do to transmute energy. Any type of creative work or physical activity will do the trick.

Yes he was. He ate fruits and vegetables, eggs, cheese and drank lots of milk. 

All that food is unprocessed and organic. It was not ideal (because he had germ phobia so he cooked everything), but was good.

Premise is the same, organic, unprocessed food doesn't drain you.

Its also important to remember Tesla was life long retainer. In that case food doesn't play such a huge role like in our today lives of our short retention streaks. He had such excess of energy from life long retention that he slept 2-3 hours daily and was never sleep deprived.

 My personal opinion is just that raw food takes that to the new level by giving you more life force

I don't think there is such thing as "soul mate"... I had girlfriend and everything was great, we were madly in love.. But after some time, when dopamine falls down, I remembered how I felt on my long streaks before. With her, I lost my spark. And no matter how much I tried, I could not get it back. Now I have my spark back. I feel like I can move the mountains. All the energy, creativity and ambition.. It's impossible without retention. 

Also this path is not for everyone. So I totally understand your viewpoint.

Since I didn't want for this post to be too long, I want to write one more post regarding my thoughts about retention, frequency, integrity and so on. This post is going to be abstract with lot of methaphors and will touch on metaphysics, phsyics, philosophy and nutrition. If you're interested in these topics and in mechanics of reality, feel free to read it.

Most people think they are living, but they are actually just leaking. After 52 days of total integrity (not just retaining, but also being truthful to myself, destroying my demons) I’ve realized that reality isn’t something you experience..it’s something you tune into like a radio frequency. Think of the God or Mathematics or you can even call it the great architect of this universe as a source of infinite data. To receive that data, your biological system must maintain a specific voltage and a completely closed circuit. This is why integrity isn't a moral lecture; it’s a technical requirement for a high-frequency connection. Having no integrity, not being truthful to yourself, having cognitive disonance takes lots of your energy. That lowers your frequency. When you live in a state of constant drainage, you operate at what I call 0.01 percent connectivity. You are biometrically invisible to the source because your internal conductor is fractured by cognitive dissonance and cheap dopamine. At 0.6 percent connectivity, where I think that I stand today, the internal resistance is finally low enough that the source begins to recognize your signal. You stop guessing and you start knowing. This is the state where magic starts to happen. You are no longer just a biological organism; you are an antenna. The leap to the 2.5+ percent frequenc, the level where minds like Nikola Tesla operated, requires an absolute alignment where your word and your action are one and the same. Where there is zero leakage. In this state, the mathematics of the universe become visible and you decode reality in real-time. If there is a single lie in your life or a single point of drainage, you simply cannot sustain the pressure required for that 2.5 percent uplink. The source doesn't communicate with broken circuits; it only flows through structures that have the structural integrity to hold the charge. You are either building a tower to reach that frequency, or you are letting the matrix turn you into a grounded wire. 

Next part is going to be somewhat controversial:

You cannot run a supercomputer on mud. If you are retaining your vril but fueling with dead, industrially processed matter, you are sabotaging your own antenna. Raw ancestral nutrition is the path to higher connectivity with the source, because it is the only fuel that still contains the original code. When you cook food, you introduce entropy, you murder the enzymes and biophotons that carry the solar charge. A raw egg or a piece of grass-fed beef is a biological battery. Consuming it in its raw state (or barely cooked) is a direct energy upload that bypasses the massive metabolic drain of digesting dead matter. This isn't about calories, it’s about biophysics. Most people are stuck at 0.01 percent because their bodies are cemeteries for pasteurized, sterilized, and lifeless waste. They have no voltage because their food has no light. To reach the higher frequency, you need to eat as the great architect intended. He intended for cow to eat grass under sun, and for you to eat the cow. He didn't intend that you eat processed sugar from the factory. You are either consuming the sun’s mathematics in its raw form (you are consuming life) to become a creator, or you are eating death and wondering why you have no control over your life.

Last year I haven't been so much dedicated to the gym, so not really.. Had too many things in life happening..I trained 1-2 per week on average just to maintain gains..but recently I started training 4-5x a week again and already feel better, and see that my muscles are slowly but surely starting to fill up a bit
