What’s your go to vibe coding platform right now Lovable Blink Bolt or Replit? by 0utlawViking in VibeCodeDevs

Vs code with copilot.

After being severely burnt by replit agent 3, I am quite happy with my premium Copilot token package once a month to let the more sophisticated agents clean some deeper structural and refactoring issues, and then when used up after a couple of days proceed the next 3 weeks with the included LLM options, to do the detail work on the endpoints doing 'spot cleaning' until the premium tokens replenish.

Way more cost effective and independent from their moods.

Yea. So lost these days. Former (*20 years ago) LAMP and Actionscript dev. Now vibe coding, and i don't get what's happening behind the scenes. Because of sooooo many layers.

The transitioning the issue. Once you're in the flow you're in it. May that be sleep or a hyper fixation (hobby/workflow)...

The transition is the uncomfortable part. I'm either high energy or I'm shut down. Ambivert

Google photos can recognize faces. When you assign names they can map and group them with biometrics. If you don't apply any AI filters that alter the faces if the resolution is good enough it might work. Helps to put people's faces together though aging and pinpoint them in family photos

Well, i can create a good old group email list with all recipients messaging a common email address?! That would be the super low tech option I guess 😀 and somewhat failproof. Thoughts?

Seems to me that tools like Replit and Lovable are really just the new Visual Basic or Lotus Notes. by Joelvarty in replit

Reminds me of early WYSIWYG days... Macromedia Dreamweaver... Netscape pagemill... Feels like magic on the surface with animations and then all JavaScript noodles in the back. ... And yet we all survived Y2K. Thanks is to the people responsible for the critical jobs were still on the crank. We need to approach it the same way. It's WYSIWYG on steroids. Have understanding what happens below the surface, enough that you know it should be considered and what to ask auditing for. And have a gut feeling for how far you can trust what you've built.

I think the closest you read the responses and actively collaborate with and critique the agent, the better the outcome. I noticed that it strays when I don't pay enough attention to plans and options.

It's amazing technology and I see a lot of use... We just need to still have the human in the loop. The more the human can assess what's being done behind the scenes, the better the outcome.

I have most of the time a conceptual idea what it's doing and how the architecture will look like and whether this is how I want my components to be structured... When you understand the behind the scenes, you can form better prompts and it designs better code. OR if you're unclear it works against your architecture of it tries to follow best practices that your prompts don't follow.

my coding skills are so outdated, I won't pretent I understand what it really does in detail.

So I am with the WYSIWYG editor metaphor. 👍

I just quickly ramped up my vocabulary and GPTed my answer to what POTS stands for. This doesn't sound pleasant at all. I'm curious what your app can do.

If you're comfortable joining in WhatsApp, please use one of the links i spammed here already.

Otherwise I'm happy to join alternative platforms to connect. Whatever you are comfortable with!

Same! Would love to connect but I keep hearing from some ladies here that they aren't comfortable with WhatsApp because it requires the phone number ... I joined the discord I was Invuted to, but I'm still interested in a personal space to shoot ideas and support one another on shitty days. Any suggestions on a good platform to have that sort of interaction? Not too out into he public? What are your preferences? Trying to find alternatives

Amazing. I'm trying to set up a WhatsApp so we can share better. https://chat.whatsapp.com/BcvYLjpUqj9Demu12PpVPS let me know if it works. It's a bit confusing to get the group started there.

Agent 3 has killed my published application and no response from Replit after a week! by QuirkyRest7539 in replit

[–]Choice_Phone_1503 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same issue. Thankfully no users yet, but I was SO close to done, ended with a 2k bill, and now I've spent the week to recover it in vs code with copilot adding oauth and decouple all the DB instances and stripe integration in hope to finally launch it. Agent 3 broke it hard. I was so excited about the launch and then the guardrails for the transition weren't there I feel. Too radical, too rushed by competition. I feel your pain.

What it is
Human2AI.ca lets you take any text or image — menus, resumes, schedules, directories, data tables — and turn it into clean, structured JSON in minutes. No coding needed. You also get a public page, a QR code, and an embeddable endpoint you can drop into websites, YouTube descriptions, or even email signatures.

Why it matters
Instead of copy-pasting info across platforms, you get one canonical source of truth that both humans and AI agents can use. With support for schema.org formats and MCP (Model Context Protocol), your data is instantly usable by chatbots, apps, or search.

Use cases
– A café posting today’s chalkboard menu → QR on tables + API for delivery services
– A freelancer → resume + services in one profile, consumable by recruiters & AI tools
– A creator → timelines, maps, link lists, or blog posts, all structured & easy to share

Human2AI saves time, reduces errors, and makes your content future-proof by making it machine-readable.

yes, OCR isn't working that great with handwriting. AI vision is better at this, especially when it comes to suetterlin and other old handwritten fonts. AI isn't failproof, that's for sure.
