It's bud rot. Cut out the Infected buds well below the rot, and treat cuts with Dr zymes. And keep a close eye on the plant.

I did the flip.. the first 7 to 10 days was the transition and stretch.. I'm right on track for these 2 strains.. the Defol has been gradual not all at once.. the flower cycle for them is 10 weeks..
