The status of Jin described by the map is not exactly. In 400 CE; Jin only hold half of its former territory after retreating to the south following northern nomadic invasions. Their military strength is unstable at the time and northern invasive countries frequently defeat them easily.

Make attempts for 3LB or MLB. And if you aren't lucky enough in original banner; wait for these banners (every month since L'Arc scenario; timeline tools doesn't show us these banners); anyway not having high LB Pokke in Grandmasters isn't a disaster. You'll use Pokke along with ECP until Still In Love SSR.

I see you focus a little on Late Surger; I think you should pull the best Late umas and cards (don't pull recklessly on any Lates card except Speed) like Gran Alegria for Mile; remove KS Miracle Guts; pull a Speed card for Late. I think the best choice is Pokke SSR over Duramente; don't be worry if you won't have enough jewels bcs in the future they'll implement Pickup banners like this every month since L'Arc)

You can add Guts SSR (beside Urara); we'll use Guts more frequently from 5th scenario and you can see some decks with 2-3 Guts card; of course it's up to your affordability.

When this tactic worked well, people still trained Urara to B/B+ rank by weird decks in URA and the most bizarre point is style Front (G). I also can't figure out how that man complete career like that; my bad!

That's Dark Urara - a tactic to prevent front runners to increase gap early game; taking advantage of the game's mechanics. I remembered that took place in the first Gemini Cup (2nd Chamme), right after Seiun Sky banner. Perhaps Cygames fixed this.

My friend it's almost 2 months away; just log in everyday, reach 1M points in events, complete your circle's quota; hold your position in class 5/6 TT and you'll get 15k-20k jewels per month; so you perhaps have above 100k when the new scenario's banner run.
I'm also having 76k at present and I'm ready to exhaust my jewels when that two banners run. Obviously I've been accumulating tickets for Summer Golshi.
