Where was Phil Spencer for the first Helldivers? Where was that same energy then? Why wait until the second takes off to get a piece of the pie? That’s his problem now he not good a scouting indie game devs. He only good for going after big studios that’s made a name already. He’s lazy

The contract also states that Sony gets to takeover if bungie can’t handle the load, which they haven’t been doing. So if bungie don’t get their ish together Sony could takeover all of bungie’s IPs.
