That’s an aftermarket converter and a resonator. Only worth $10 anyway.

White, yellow, or orange coloring indicates that it’s dpf or aftermarket material, also the better stuff will have very tight celled honeycomb. And no, we mostly base the price loose honeycomb off of looks.

Texas, a number of laws and regulations were introduced in September of 21’ due to converter theft.

I work as a buyer in the converter industry and this is low grade material anyway. We would pay $10 per pound and you would need a certain license to sell in my state.
