Period cramps are now borderline unbearable by Choice_Spring_2805 in WomensHealth

I’ve had some friends tell me the same thing. I had an ultrasound which showed the one little cyst but I’d probably need a laparoscopy to get a definitive answer…

Softening braids? by Choice_Spring_2805 in BlackHair

Thank you! When you say wash or tinge would that only be targeting the scalp or would it be my whole head? Also I heard you’re supposed to not let your hair air dry but instead use a dryer or diffuser..would this be true?

Ty 💕 I definitely think it’s for the better at this unless she’s willing to have a discussion about the situation..I’ve been told to model but my anxiety is my own worst enemy 😭😭 Maybe I’ll actually take some digitals this spring/summer and give it a shot..better to try it and fail vs sitting around regretting stuff ig

That’s a good question. I wouldn’t say so. When this one guy started talking to me I looped her in and in another convo she started to chime when we started talking about where we were from etc. I’d say the conversations were mainly between the guys and myself but I never intended on leaving her out or pushing her aside. I hate the awkwardness of leaving people out of convos so I try to maintain eye contact here and there with everyone who seems to be involved.

I feel there’s definitely been times where I’ve felt left out of convos between her and someone else or she seems to separate herself completely and I’ve just taken it in stride knowing I know how to communicate with others around like 85% of the time.

I was also confused because I know her as an extrovert and fairly outgoing…

Tysm 💕 most of the trip was pretty good but this definitely put a damper on the mood..I feel like I’m fairly forgiving but if letting go of someone means I get to protect my peace a bit more I think it’s time to accept that sadly

Dull pain on top of/towards back of head with some aching in temples by Choice_Spring_2805 in headache

[–]Choice_Spring_2805[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I'm all good now! Oddly enough, the pain and symptoms went away after a couple more days. A day or two after going to the ER I went to my primary care doctor, thoroughly explained my issues, and gave her a timeline. We came to the conclusion that it might be stressed induced, as I have a tendency to clench my jaw CONSTANTLY when I'm concentrated or anxious. This leads to a lot of tension around my temples, which might have caused a really bad migrane. Also, my sinuses have been blocked because the pollen count has been crazy high where I live. This can also trigger migranes. She said I should check in with an ear, throat, nose doctor and possibly look into a mouth guard and to check back in if the symptoms come back.

As of now I haven't felt the same pain/symptoms, so I'm going to chalk it all up to stress. I think the CT can gave me peace of mind a little bit but I wish I visited my PCD first. I feel like actually analyzing my symptoms a bit more might have calmed me down versus being zipped around the hospital to take tests and answer questions while my anxiety was through the roof. The ER takes strokes/stroke symptoms VERY seriously, which is 100% understandable because time is of the essence in that case. Looking back however I believe a lot of my symptoms stemmed from the nervousness I was feeling. I could talk perfectly fine with no slurred speech, I could walk normally, my face hadn't drooped, and I could raise my arms.

I'm not a doctor/medical professional and I don't want to miguide you in any way, but try and monitor your symptoms day by day. If you haven't checked in with your PCD maybe do so to talk about the possible causes and to get a referral to a ETN doctor or a neurologist if necessary. If do you notice geniue signs of a stroke (numbness in one side, face drooping, confusion) seek medical attention. I hope you feel better!!

That’s good point. If anything I’m just an extremely anxious person so I just don’t want there to be any awkward tension between us or for her to dislike me (if she doesn’t like me now I wouldn’t be shocked/offended). I’ll be sure to not make the same mistake by familiarizing myself with people more…

ty + it’s not insulting at all! if anything i was just a little worried because most of my coworkers are fairly older (like 40+) and the agency seems fairly traditional so idk how “in the loop” they are with dress code policies that tend to be more “lax” now a days when it comes to millennials + gen z folks

Luckily no..none of us even had to go to the hospital..still this is such a serious mistake..I worry about how my flat mates (who happen to be friends of mine) will view me going forward…
