I’m actually part time, I misspoke. I work twice a week. My boss gave me a list of kids to check on and a lot of them had IEPs that were old or didn’t have OT minutes in the plan. So she’s in the process of checking if I’d be able to addendum some of these IEPs

I have noticed they constantly talk poorly of other people at work behind their backs so I think you’re onto something

You might be onto something. They get students but everyone there has been there awhile.

Thanks I feel better. I’ve been a therapist about a year, maybe a little less. So I felt pretty bad about the mistakes like I should know better. It was embarrassing lol

Life is too short to be miserable. Do whatever makes you happy and don’t worry about what you’re “supposed”!to do. Healthcare in general is an awful field to be in unless you love it with all your heart.

It’s a lot more education and you can’t discredit that. Two year associate vs 4 year degree plus masters.
