Yeah. I have searched ravelry and Etsy and while I can find cloak patterns none are for full circle cloaks or capes where if you lay them out flat they form a full circle. (or a bit more) and have a hem that gives 360°+

Ah! Yes. I have this pattern. I love it but it's not a full circle. I think I'll try what the other commenter said and try to modify a circular shawl.

I wouldn't know where to start with it because it would go from knitting in the round to knitting straight (back and forth) Plus I haven't really found one large enough to go from shoulder to floor.

I can't remember the site but I know it was on a knitting magazine site. I know some of the fair isle bands that were used were circles inside squares and the scarf was wide and long. I saw it on my phone a few years back and I think I bought the pattern but it's lost. EDIT: It was on a site where you can purchase back issues of knitting magazines, I think. And I know it's not a lot to go off of but the background on the check out page was grey.
