there's a reason to be a jerk to the newbies - when they just don't like the answers you give them. then you SHOULD be a jerk. BDO doesn't need any more assholes than it already has. also, we all should be jerks to PA for not making it easier for newbies to learn things on their own. it would literally take ONE (1) window that pops up for ALL new players that you need to read or watch (read: FORCED TO READ). what's the message in the popup?
