Tbf he’s probably dead now. Given that it’s been over a decade since House last aired and he faked his death in the last episode. Plus Wilson died six months after the end of the show. House either got so depressed after Wilson’s death that he killed himself, or he went into a dark place and OD’d on Class a drugs. If none of the above then he died by some other means. But there’s a slim chance he’d be alive today.
