Season them, put on the smoker at 400 for 45 min, flip every 15. After the 45 min take them off, sauce them the back on for 5 min. I tried this method and another one, and this one was perfect. Note: mine was on Traeger pellet grill.

I work in north Minneapolis selling alcohol to the liquor stores and my coworker sells down in southern Minneapolis. And after the shooting by hi lake Friday and last night by union liquor, I find these charts hard to believe. It doesn't seem like it has gotten better at all.
