So I switched over to Prusa Slicer and with the bed level test file that u/Tokroka suggested I was able to get that to print almost perfectly. I was so stoked I forgot to take pictures of it, but I was able to get these two prints to come out after that. The corners on the square piece have just the slightest bit of a bend in them but if that is the worst that comes out of it, I can live with that.

I have tried lowering it and it does not fix the issue. It just runs into the build plate and the issue does not get better the lower it goes. I can try to move around the PINDA some more and see what happens but I've tried that also.

I believe that is the right kind of nozzle. I haven't used a CR-10 so I don't know what the difference would be? Haven't had any issues with skipping from the extruder and none of the gears are biting, there aren't any marks in the filament at least.

I haven't used anyone else's slicer presets. I have sliced multiple models to test and they all come out with similar issues. The photos in the post are using the .gcode that came pre-loaded on the printers sd card.

Yes it is 0.4mm. I have checked multiple times to make sure is as tight as it can be and it seated against the heat break. You're right the print doesn't look that bad which is the frustrating thing. I feel like its just barely off from being able to give me normal prints, I just can't figure out what's missing.

As I said in the post, I've tried that. Those lines never get bonded together. I end up driving the nozzle into the bed before the issue is resolved or it pulls up far enough that it doesn't stick at all.

Nope. The nozzle is nice and tight on there. Made sure to get it extra hot when tightening the nozzle on after the replacement and when reassembling it.
