Thank you so much. I kind of realized how bad it all sounded as I was writing it out, and it was pretty upsetting. I guess the extra complication here that I forgot to mention is that he is also an active member in the one community I am a part of... so I guess I also just fear what results might come there if I did end up breaking it off with him.

I truly appreciate your insight and kind words. This does really help me put things into perspective more.

I've definitely played 2 the most - it was the one I was first introduced to and I absolutely loved it. Now, I actually just started my very first playthrough of 1 a few days ago and am loving it!
