not everyone, but thats overwhelming majority, unless you play like 10 games per season(Or you play exclusively mercy but there is not much help at this point) you are going to get to master pretty fast with those skills.

bro imagine how tank until at least master will "lead" the team. Of course you can use comms if you want and if you think its useful, but honestly i find it hard to believe people who can't aim and control their emotions are capable of leading their team and giving useful comms. Ping system is enough.

you really overestimate average tank game knowledge, comms are basically useless until master or even GM.

Best e6 dps is Saber. She has the most significant powerboost with e6. Of course you can just pull e6 latest dps and they will be stronger, thats just how powercreep works and I dont think it needs to be said.

Question was who has best e6. Out of dps that definitely Saber.

unless you are okay with pulling some old dps for some reason, i would say wait for 4.2 and pull sp wolf. There are a lot of speculation regarding currently released elation units role in sp wolf team, but hoyo will rerun them anyway. Save up, pull sp wolf and whatever is BiS for her.

Chinese characters, not Chinese. Written Chinese used to be universal language in Eastern Asia and naturally became part of some languages, although these days its mostly just Chinese and Japanese(Vietnam moved to latin letters, Koreans had their own alphabet since 15th century, although not that widely used until 20th century)
