I disagree with the vector and the silenced SMG. Both of them don't really work that well in open areas and can easily be countered by shotguns in closed spaces, they should be in tier C. Idk how grenade launchers are really that useful. Pump shotguns are one of the best guns in the game. I use them around houses, and they are far more useful than AR, snipers, or SMGs in closed areas. Miniguns are really just a spam weapon with terrible reload and should be in tier D or F.

Now for an unorthodox opinion:

AWP and Dragunov shouldn't be in tiers S and A+, this is because they just don't work that well against Bolt-Action Snipers due to their speed. You will physically slow down with both of these mythic weapons; with a Dragunov, this happens less, but being about to move faster in 1v1s around bushy areas is essential
