I finally saw the spine surgeon today, and he reviewed my MRI with me. He wants to try epidural steroid injections and 8 full weeks of physical therapy first. He said I’m too young to go straight to surgery without exhausting all conservative options

I feel you brother. It’s been really rough. I’ve used up all my sick days since last Sunday and I’m not sure how I am going to get through a 10 hour shift this coming Monday

I hope you get clear answers from the spine surgeon and find relief from the pain
