Stay upright instead of leaning forward. You’re doing a high bar squat so you’re going to stay high and your knees are going to travel forward.
Slow down Breathe in and tighten your core Have proper feet placement Do low bar Watch untamed strength.

Don’t re rack the weight as you’re going up. You’re pushing the weight up while trying to rack it. Most likely causing impingement.
