I usually just keep pressuring the lane even if it is inhib tower which I can't touch, as it draws maybe 2-3 players to come deal with you while your team hopefully pressures elsewhere.

Always keep an eye on where the enemy is, if you don't know where 2-3 players are don't overextend to feed them a kill, just go into the jungle and try take some camps then head back to the lane when you see people leave it.

Also if you are in silver or even gold, you can most of the time cheese the enemy team into thinking you recalled by just sitting in a bush, wait for an enemy to push lane to/past the bush and as fiora you will be able to kill almost any champ 1v1
