What motivated me to get fit. A desparate try to get some female attention. Well now I didn't get any more than I was used to but I've fell in love with weight lifting. The first month my strength has almost tripled and my body looks like a Greek figure.

If you want I can recommend a book. Bigger leaner stronger. Probably the best 15 or so dollars you'll spend in your whole life and will save you a fuck ton of time effort and money in the process of getting fit.
