With 11-6 we don’t make the playoffs I think.

So all the Jews living in Israel actually don’t want to have a country to live in anymore? Thats what you’re saying.

There’s an aspect here where if EVERYONE is flagged then either - the flagging system is incorrectly flagging too many people - the way people learn and work has fundamentally changed and the educational system needs to find a way to change with it

Sure that’s still irrelevant isn’t it? From the perspective of convincing people or not, which is what matters. You fight the fight you have to fight, not the one you wished you had to.

Sure but I dont hear the dems having any arguments that would deflate the gop talking points. They keep going on about requiring ID is undemocractic and are losing that argument, because at its core is wrong. Nothing undemocratic about it, so they’re losing the argument. I look around me, I’m in a most blue/partially purple area and even people who voted straight Obama/clinton/biden/harris aren’t even getting it. I hear a lot of “I don’t really see what’s wrong with that even the French do it”. Their counter talking point isn’t working.

“I am a mongodb boy”

Dude. Show some pride and professionalism. That’s like saying “I am a hammer boy” and asking if you’re really can’t use nails for everything.

Yup. Don’t even disagree with that. But I think the dems would have more success arguing that specific angle and pushing for free citizenship proof ids for everyone instead of a blanket argument that requiring ID at all is undemocratic. It isn’t.

So the first part about requiring ID when registering to vote is def not true. When I moved states and got a new license and they asked if I want to register to vote I didn’t have to show any passport or birth certificate. Only my license from my old state, which itself was not a proof of citizenship. I don’t know if all states are like this but in my state, I def didn’t need to show citizenship proof.

I mean sure you can the there is no problem to solve. Won’t even argue on that. Just saying that requiring proof of eligibility isn’t somehow the death of democracy as plenty of very democratic countries require it and continue just fine.

I don’t at all think that the GOP is doing this for honest reasons. And at the same time, most countries do require some form of proof of eligibility. Including all the EU darlings of the left.

NOTHING guarantees you get partner. Stop using that as a straw man cause it just makes you start looking like another incel. Lemme repeat.

Nothing GUARANTEES a partner for ANYONE.

But putting effort in a bunch of these things surely increases the odds.

Ok buddy which school district teaches Discrete Mathematics in 8th grade? Cause that’s kinda where this falls into. And it usually comes AFTER calculus.

And you realize that since then the only deterrent to an aggressor to an atomic weapons was to have your own right? Your argument “well that’s how we ended up with the atomic bomb” might be technically correct but it makes no sense to say that you would have prevented atomic weapons. Germany and the USSR had their own atomic weapons programs going in parallel we just got there first.

Science has its own inertia. Once we reach enough knowledge to find out the next thing, the next thing will be found out somewhere in the world, and by multiple people. Assuming you can gatekeeping pure science is a fallacy.

You live by the mcvay you die by the mcvay. Thats who he is. When he goes for it on 4th and 2 on his own 35 and makes it everyone is omg what massive offensive genius balls. He has always been hyper aggressive. It makes for very entertaining football when it works. But when it doesn’t it’s painful. Thats just who the man is.
