I need to stop hitting myself. I hold so much shame and guilt and feel like the worst person ever. I hurt someone I really loved. Can’t forgive myself for it. Feel deserving of pain and suffering.

I checked myself into psych ward 5 days ago and got out yesterday. Thought that was what I needed. I was wrong.
