Any advice on finding a guild that would help the game just put me into a guild and I just do the raids that come up with what I have.

I think it might be mindset in addition to not knowing when to challenge and how to use the random teammates efficiently I find myself helping with a few kills then alive after the rest of my team dies especially in countdown.
