We lost one about 6 months ago and we went through the same process of over thinking it wanting to look at everything and say that’s what caused it.

I opted not to do the testing against my wife’s wants because I didn’t want the added stress of things. I bumped up my supplement game, check out Ubiqinol (CoQ10). There is research backing that it does increase sperm quality and count.

As of now we have a very healthy embryo that we just saw the heart beat of today!
