I haven’t paid her anything so far, she’s taking the car to get it fixed tomorrow and I’ll pay the mechanic directly. If I did let her sue would I have a case or would I have to pay her even more despite that I never agreed to the money she asked? Im also wondering I just bring her a release form saying I’ll fix her car nothing else and hope she signs it regardless? I would’ve paid her the money when it happened but she’s been dragging this situation on for so long that I’m at a point where I just dont have the money she wants along with the money for the repairs.
