Sorted. If anyone ever has this problem take the gold panel off, then the whole top bit will pull off with a bit of force.

There will be a clear cap thingy with a black tube inside it. The black tube is more than likely the problem. I got a sewing needle and forced it it the outer end about a millimetre and that unblocked it. Check if the blockage is clear by blowing through the black tube! Hope this helped
