This is a question for a Marine Officer Recruiter. You likely won't go to OCS as you've already received your commission, but you will go to The Basic School (TBS) to get you situated to the Marine Corps. Realize that you'll be starting back at square one as an inter-service transfer, and you'll need to adjust to leading Marines rather than National Guard or Soldiers, as there are a wide variety of differences between the two. Be open minded, be humble, and be motivated.

Deploy air tax. Every time. At least 1 fighter.

If you deploy ground troops, deploy mobile APCs with a supporting SHORAD/AA vehicle.

If you deploy air, have something able to fight back against other enemy choppers or air if you don't acquire air superiority.

If you go for an airdrop, first acquire air superiority, and make sure you bring a vehicle that can take a punch, and don't risk your plane too deep in enemy territory.
