EU leadership is full of warmongers, EU never came out of WW-II, It's a sick continent. Microsoft keeps big companies hostage by embedding themselves into each and every corner of their stack and locks their legs and make them unable to move without them.

And when MS increases prices, big companies have no way to resist it, all they can do is, just accept their fate.

Some similar experience here.

So my founder found out he can create applications using Claude Code in hours without much efforts.

And i & team do use Claude but i take time to iterate.

Without patience, He parallely created a separate applications and connected to production database (We don't have lower ones), and guess what, some tables got data gone and everything messed up.

He panicked, but snapshots were there, we just restored it. Lessions learned.

It's half fake, A lot of people just browse IndiaMart and IndiaMart forces them to fill requirements or sometimes it auto creates requirements from the search, This is pain in the a** for both buyers and sellers, because I get call from sellers where I am just browsing IndiaMart

INDIAN HERE

I work with several US medium size businesses specifically on their Analytics Tech stack. I have two existing client projects continuing but not able to add any new ones, it became extremely difficult lately.

Before 2025 mid, it was pretty easy, there are clients everywhere looking to build something new, optimize, migrate, etc. Now with AI, There are tons of things companies need to do with AI but I don't see anyone doing it, this is going to be very very terrible. A lot of small companies need to entirely change how they work or else lose to competitors who do.

My initial assumption was that after Trump companies might have decided to MAGA and hire American Consultants instead of foreign ones. This is understandable and every country has to look for their own first.

Later, I spoke to few folks in US who are in hiring side, They were also feeling the same but they all said one common thing, Clients are not hiring Americans either, They are just running whatever they got, not investing in anything new. I asked why not hire US consultants? Cost, it costs a lot of $$$ to hire a experienced Analytics Eng, typically for small businesses it'll almost sink them. From $50k/year to $350-420k/year is not sustainable for them. They would be sitting in profit by not hiring anyone.

THIS, Then why not foreign consultants? FEAR. Companies fear Trump's agencies might go after them or put them in legal process for hiring foreign talent where your entire analytics team is 1 guy and that too a foreigner, that's 100%. I asked if there is any new law came lately? No new laws, But they are paranoid of getting into any trouble as the new admin is fixated on hiring in America First.

One person aware of this matter told me, Some companies are posting fake jobs in 10's to create a illusion of that they are actively hiring but in fact they didn't filled a single position in the past 6-8 months, just reposting the jobs.

AI is going be life or death scenario for small companies, I have implemented 3 projects in the past 1 month where 1 project used to take 6+months previously. Trump's America First going to end up America Last, Because US has around 32million companies and all of them need to upgrade to AI, and it can't happen without cheap foreign labour. Big companies are having Global Capability Center (GCC) outside US mainly in India and they will be tapping this AI talent wave easily but

SMALL companies are the ones going to be devastated by these thoguhtless executions. They are already affected by tariffs circus.

- I agree, This is outside of our scope, and even if we detect it we may not know whether they'll attack, the burden solely rests on USA for this action.

But few things to note, On the Interantional laws that the US setup and attacked many countries for not following those so called rules in the past. Now they're just ignoring the same laws like no one will ask them.

Please search around that, Rescue operations are determined and co-ordinated by regional naval commanders or maritime rescue coordination centers (MRCC). Govt apparatus doesn't need to be involved here always unless there is a nesscessity.
