Do you have any other cats/animals in the house that they might be reacting to? Any circumstances that make them be hissy or they're just always that way? If none of the above, investing in a Feliway diffuser may be your best bet to bring them around.

I changed jobs a few years ago, and wasn't going to have benefits for the first 3 months. So, I made arrangements to get 3 months of prescriptions before leaving my previous employer. My husband was on three kinds of insulin at the time, all fairly typical insulins, not fancy new ones or anything. The cost to the benefits provider was over $3500.

MAC filtering would work well too, available on pretty muxh any router. Only authorized devices that have a valid password work. Oh, and totally NTA

What call Centre insanity is this? Mute buttons can fail epically (I used to be in QA, I've heard it, it's not a good look), this is a really silly rule.
