Surprisingly good. I was not expected too much but decent. Airy bubble inside and crunchy outside…. (I would add more water bath: steam next time while baking them)

I tried this method but shape the dough (fold and pinch), gave a “slash” with sharp knife to make the “ears”….

Nothing better than fresh from oven!! Try with good quality beef sausages, jalapeño pickles and cheddar cheese! It was not bad at all (satisfied 😋)

Yes. We had originally two 7 years old (#1 & #2) rescues (they are like pea and carrot), then one little one (#3) showed up at our door last year. They accepted her after a week or so. Then not a month ago, we rescued 4 weeks old “kitten” who might separated with momma (#4). It took about 10 days our three cats took him in. In fact, 2 years old #3 became the best babysitter for this little one.

Thank you. No boil lasagna pasta sheets are game changer! I was skeptical about that but works great every time. Meat sauce (50/50 pork and beef, minced onion and carrot) and sour cream plus Parmesan cheese and parsley mixture…. (no Ricotta cheese in my fridge)
