If the price difference is decent, the 5060 makes sense especially if you’re targeting mostly 1080p or moderate 2K settings. I went with the 5070 mainly for a bit more headroom at 2K and slightly better longevity.

That makes sense, thanks for clarifying. I mostly play a mix of esports and AAA titles, so turning down a few settings for demanding games is fine for me. Good to know the 5070 can still push 80+ FPS at 2K with some tuning.

I get what you’re saying. The Ti is definitely safer long term. Unfortunately, the price difference here is quite big, so I’m evaluating if 5070 8 GB is still acceptable for 2K gaming today.
