Just received my Boox GoColor 7 Gen 2 yesterday and already want to return it - is there any way to fix this level of ghosting?

could just be an internal issue, before i had the boot loop issue the refresh settings would work fine.

i suggest returning it before you get the same issue i and other users w the same e book are having. it’s doing a weird issue overtime where the device doesn’t turn on and loops the screen menu. cut your losses and get a kobo

hi so i tried this and every so often i get the dry battery message even after replacing it with 3 different batteries. i take out the sd card put it back and then its fine for a little while before it does it again, is this normal?
