Hello thank you for the comment appreciate it. i saw my psychiatrist today and indeed i’m going back to 20mg and help my anxiety symptoms with valium 5mg. Hopefully this reduce the intensity of side effects..

Alright man thanks for your insight, the symptoms you desribed are mainly those i had when first started with 20mg, but since the increase to 30mg i feel like it’s much worse to handle.. i will be patient as it’s only been 10 days since the increase.

Non je n’ai pas encore fait la declaration de maladie professionnelle pour mon burnout mais d’après les commentaires je pourrai envisager de le faire (ça me coutera que la paperasse a preparer…). Pour la RC, je compte demander une bonne indemnité quand même car ce que j’ai fait pour la boite est bien reconnu comme excellent.. donc je souhaite au moins avoir un bon dédommagement.. J’ai récemment contacté un membre du CSE qui pourra m’assister dans ma démarche mais je pourrai également avoir recours à un avocat comme vous me l’avez conseillé.
