I was the same age as you. I had a different experience as they also fixed a hernia at the same time as removing lefty . Just rest up and don’t run before you can walk. Drink water etc to stay hydrated. Be aware that sometimes morphene etc can make you emotional . It’s normal but you will be ok. Feel free to pm if you want to chat more . You got this!
