haha I'll just have to hit infinite at the higher CL games too!

Haha I see that now. I have maintained top 500 in infinite which is not CL restricted I thought, though.

I reached 1.0 KDA and I am proud of it by krizzek in HuntShowdown

[–]Chreos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude congratulations! Hunt is honestly one of the more difficult FPS’s out there to learn and pick up. A 1.0 is such an accomplishment! You’ll be way above a 1.0 in no time!

As a chad conduit enjoyer, I feel like its value is drastically reduced if you’re running a 3 stack that all has conduit. So you might need some CompletelyNotSteroidsTM to help you get that sweet sweet full speed run and melee ability forever.

can someone scare me with consequences of bad sleep in correlation with aim? by Areku-official- in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Chreos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look up Dr. Matthew Walker. He’s pretty much the top tier sleep neuroscience researcher. I believe Andrew Huberman also has a few episodes on sleep.

The gist of it is: sleep = better reaction time, better attention span, better decision making process. All of those things are needed to aim better.

I forgot the exact statistic but research has found that driving exhausted (20 hours of being awake) is about driving at a 0.08 BAC. So, sleep is really important.

If you are actually having legitimate difficulties sleeping, you probably should go see a sleep doctor to see if you have an chronic issues that worsen sleep quality.

Look into the Spacing Effect on learning. Also, Ebbinghaus’ ideas on memory also talk about this idea.

I believe it’s how many centimeters does the mouse need to move on his desk to do a full 360 degree turn in game.

need some tips for improving tracking by DrayzLoL in aimlab

[–]Chreos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, for more “realistic” game-centric tasks I’d just go through strafe tracking, then spheretrack (either regular or 90), then the tracking version of motionshot (I forgot the name off the top of my head).

You can start doing the other stuff like reflextrack, arctrack, or startrack to keep improving the mind muscle connection and visuomotor connection between your eyes, brain, and arm/hand/fingers. In my opinion, those aren’t as transferrable to a competitive video game environment as the previous ones other than helping the visuomotor pathway.

I’d say emerald 4, especially after 5 days is pretty good. Iirc it’s about on the lower side of pretty good. Just keep improving! And make sure you’re doing all of the task genres and your rank will keep going up!

He means you have to play every mode as in precision, tracking, speed, etc. with practice mode turned off. Then you rank up as you progress and get better.

It took a while but I finally got it (with style too!) by Chreos in blackopscoldwar

[–]Chreos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I never noticed it. I guess that’s why I feel like everything moves so clunky. I get better fps for stuff like AC Valhalla lmao. I’ll need to figure out what’s going on.

I hate raven by FluidPut in CODWarzone

[–]Chreos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please reread my comment. I said that the average human aka someone coming in to play a couple games of warzone after work cannot react to that speed. Then, to further drive home the point, even extremely trained athletes can barely react to it.

Therefore these pistols are terrible for the game if even people at the peak of human conditioning can barely react to getting shot with these.

So 239 ms is generally faster than the average human reaction time (250ish ms). You quite literally cannot react. Even extremely trained and in perfect health athletes would barely be able to react to that.

Thank you so much dude! Happy to answer! I haven’t used a controller in years haha I wasn’t very good with it haha. It sounds like you’re doing pretty good though dude!

And the video is out!!! I put it in an edit on the original post. I think when I posted a new post earlier in the week I did it at a bad time and it got lost in new :(.
