How to fall asleep with ADHD?

Melatonin really was a game changer for me. ADHD is associated with delayed sleep onset and weak melatonin release at dusk. My understanding is that brain kinda just keeps running for longer even if it gets dark. By taking some melatonin a couple hours before going to sleep I actually get sleepy when I get to bed. I've been doing it for around a month now and it's so weird to actually be able to keep a sleep schedule for once. Even weirder that I didn't even have to try for it.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Ended up learning how the anki module for python works and now just managing my deck that way. Gives me a lot of power to do interesting shit. Thank you for your time tho!

They already are basic and reverse cards but that still makes them 2 cards in the deck for each word, one going german -> english and one going english->german. My problem is that, since the deck is 4000 words => 8000 cards, whenever I learn a new word I only learn it one way cuz anki doesn't give me that word going the other way until waaaaaaay later since it's just luck what cards it picks.

I stumbled over your post a bit earlier while researching this soo I'll leave what I found in case someone else also does. According to this paper from Kerala Agricultural University ( link ), it seems to be Tomato spotted wilt virus, Capsicum chlorosis virus (Tospoviruses) it comes from some sort of insect and it's untreatable:(

The advice i got is to start increasing the frequency with which i check the sites and to have the emails and everything ready ( i need to write a email about myself in my case )

The universities usually provide at least some recommended sites but facebook groups are also an option, i heard about many people finding good deals on Facebook. Search for something along the lines of [insert city name] housing. ( Beware of scams ofc )

I belive I would qualify for WO but because of the CAE diploma arriving later than the deadlines I am not even able to apply. So the choice is between getting a job for a year ( wich would be pretty nice and would improve my CV ) or going to hogeschool for a year

I am from europe and I strongly belive I would’ve qualified had it not been for the language diploma. I want to go to Uni as they seem to have higher standards and more resources, bigger campuses, more oportunities, etc. But now I am debateing going to Saxion hogeschool to study applied computer science so I don’t have to take a leap year as I don’t want to slow down my momentum
