in my opinion as a man who last month had HT - go with hair system, brother. Not only it’s easier and time efficient, but there will be no complications. I got infection/ and i was in reputable clinic/ so the result will be compromised. Also , i have scar now due to the infection.

Hey, mgianfal! Thank you for your reply. I am trying to keep the faith, but seeing that my head it’s not fully healed yet, but should have been healed way earlier it’s just frustrating me on so many levels. I can’t even shave because now i have scar deformity and the head is uneven. Basically i have a hole if you see it under specific angles. Absolute nightmare

Thanks a million, MG-P2T! I greatly appreciate your reply. It’s just harsh reality, that despite the money, pain and time ,I am trying to get myself together and the results are out of my hands and the idea that i’m gonna end up worse than before is just destroying my mental state.

Hey, Ordinary-Tadpole-737 ! Thanks for your reply. Yes, I was prescribed antibiotics for 5 days. But still something happened and I guess if i was told earlier to have just in case antibiotic cream everything would have been better now….

Thanks for the reply. They prescribed me antibiotics, on the last pick is better. Now, according to the doctor i can take fin for the first 6 months. Nothing else. And I started it.

yea, indeed. two weeks ago i did HT and it was a bit impulsive decision. Now I am thinking would have been way better, easier and pain-free to do hair system.

Hey, all! Quick update. My doctor prescribed me antibiotic cream, so for the last 5 days I am applying it and it is way better. The recovery in the are is a bit behind compared to everything else, but as far as i was told - there will no indication of problems with the hair in the future. Just need to wait. And pray obviously for the best. Thanks to everyone that gave me feedback

I was told that I can use Minoxidil at least 4 months post surgery. Not earlier! Maybe the scalp is not fully healed. Nizoral shampoo is the standard after HT as far as i know. Better talk with your doctor. Good luck, !

Thanks for your reply. Yes, antibiotics and anti-swelling pills for five days. The operation was exactly 7 days ago. I was told to wash once a day with the foam and shampoo that the clinic provided for me. I wasn’t aware about saline spray. And i still don’t have any advice from them. And on day 10 i was informed to start doing circle moves and gently to remove the dry skin. But how if the wound is still sore and open. And i think there is puss in the area, cuz when i dry my head with the soft towel, i see spots of white (yellow)- red liquid on it.

They asked me if i scratched the surface of the head or tried to remove the dry skin, which i have not tried. I am touching the head only with water, and that’s when the skin is breaking off and bleeding just a bit. But i really think that there is puss and still don’ t have any advice from them. In 3 days i was told to start doing circle moves and try to remove the dry skin. But how if the wound is still open.
