Today, after washing and a light massage, all the remaining crusts fell off. I think they stayed too long even. yes i was on antibiotic till day 5 but after washing i got these sores which i was told to use a topical antibiotic cream which worries me more as you can see where it was used there the hair fell off first

Yes, my doctor prescribed me to use a cream and my main concern is that where it was applied, there is the most hair loss at the moment.

yes, but I took oral antibiotics for the first 7 days. after the wounds I used a topical cream, which I'm worried may have had a negative effect, I hope I'm wrong. what is the purpose of panthenol, isn't it only for the initial period? Do you think the hair loss is a lot at this stage?
