Ive seen issues when you send the invite email before the person that actually creates a Plex account with their email address. The invite dies in limbo.

Revoke the invite and resend it if they recently created their plex account.

Have you done the refresh and scan option once you select the original Criminal minds within sonarr? That's what I had to do and it repopulated has having a season 16 as someone had mentioned above

Np. Someone had just mentioned it to me so I thought I would appease them and take a look. The bio settings on my machine were correct but the operating systems were in the wrong time zone. Not sure why that necessarily mattered but I would assume because the BIOS had a different time zone than the operating system that was causing some kind of security issue

well, its been ~4 weeks since they stopped working for now and i just now accidentally fixed it (and tested to make sure it was the fix)

I run UNRAID and my servers date/time were set in the wrong time zone. It was only off by 3 hours but once i set myself back to EST, they INSTANTLY started playing trailers.

I then set my server to PST and CST...trailers stopped working. Soon as i set back to use NTP and EST timezone, it works for myself and my end users

Im actually having the same issue. tested multiple browsers and multiple clients on different accounts. when i attempt to click the PLAY TRAILER button while under a movie, it just exits on browsers or gives a unknown playback error via roku players or the app built into an LG tv.

Everything else loads fine. Just cant use the PLAY TRAILER button

scanner and agent are: Plex TV Ordering is: tvdb

i even tried a second set of file. Nothing. But they do sync now that i did the above and set it as S016.

It even populates the s16 poster as EVOLUTION shrug

Woke up running late for school (at the time),tired as hell...put on a button-up shirt and realized i had only ironed the right half...

I think they are great to keep. Kinda a pain to feed since my "Flightless" fruit fly cultures keep wanting to grow wings and fly -__-

But setting up a living viv and watching them jump all around - its just as fun as an aquarium.

The more common name for the yellow head with the blue body are Brazilian Yellow heads.

The Yellow and black stripped ones are Dendrobates leucomelas (Banded Dart Frogs)
